From Study Period 4 2016, this unit will be known as URP660 Project Management Overview.

This unit provides an overview of the project management process: definitions, attributes and tasks. An analysis of the activities during each phase of a project including concept, development, implementation and completion. Review of project management processes.

  3. apply the process of scope management
  4. apply the concept of project success.
