For non-student complaints, such as providers, affiliates, corporate partners, government agencies and suppliers, you can make complaints in writing by emailing email@example.com or post to: GPO Box 5387, Melbourne, Victoria 3001, Australia, Attention Complaints Department.
We operate on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
During the daylight saving period, we operate on Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) from the first Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April.
