About this subject

  • On completion of this course students should be able to achieve the following learning outcomes:

    1. Critically evaluate injury mechanisms in sport and demonstrate evidence based practice for managing injury risk in sports.
    2. Examine the critical relationship between performance recovery, health and wellness in athletes.
    3. Evaluate nutritional strategies for optimising athletic performance.
