About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. synthesise and apply a range of research and evaluation methods used in design and built environment research
    2. synthesise and critically evaluate the literature as a foundation for a project
    3. critically evaluate the appropriateness of different research methods and tools for addressing design and built environment problems
    4. understand ethical implications and processes of research
