Description

This subject will provide you with the opportunity to apply expert, specialised cognitive and technical skills in a body of knowledge of project management to independently plan and execute a significant research-based project or piece of scholarship.

This subject is the first of two subjects (MPM 9501 and MPM 9502) that culminate in a 9,000 word research project that demonstrates a high level of synthesis of concepts and prepares the student for lifelong learning in pursuit of personal development and excellence in professional practice.

You will generate a plan to investigate and report on special issues pertaining to a relevant research topic from within the area of Project Management, and within the context of a specialism of interest, if applicable. You will undertake a comprehensive literature search and literature review in accordance with a research proposal prepared in the pre-requisite MPM 8501 subject.
