About this subject
At the completion of this course you should be able to:
1 Produce an original research or professional project, in written or creative form;
2 Evaluate scholarly and other appropriate literatures;
3 Apply appropriate research methods;
4 Apply ethical and technical standards of the discipline; and
5 Exercise advanced planning skills, independently or within a group
- Design, execute and disseminate a professional or industry-engaged research project.
The Professional Project provides an advanced learning opportunity for postgraduate students in the humanities and social sciences. Working independently, students investigate a challenging problem using the research skills and knowledge acquired from their discipline. Students deliver a well-reasoned and articulate report. The Professional Project is therefore intended to apply students’ research skills, increase their proficiency within their discipline, and enhance their graduate employability.

- Project Proposal
- Professional Project Final Report- Report - Project Proposal. (30%)
- Professional Project Final Report. (70%)
