About this subject
Upon completion of this subject, students will be able to:
- apply specialist knowledge to analyse learning needs to plan a digital learning strategy;
- eevaluate a learning context by analysing learner needs and how these may be met through the use of digital tools;
- use autonomy and independent judgement to design learning and teaching strategies that use digital tools, based on relevant theories, concepts and methods; and
- critically discuss the impact of issues that arise when implementing strategies that use digital tools.
- Topics will be available to enrolled students in the subjects Learning Management System site approximately one week prior to the commencement of the teaching period
This subject provides an introduction to the field of digital learning. It explores the key concepts of digital learning tools and strategies, and the issues surrounding the implementation of digital learning in education, training and workplace settings. The subject provides an introduction to organisational change and its application int he analysis and design of digital learning environments.
Assessment 1: 900 words (or equivalent). Relates to Learning Outcomes 1-4

Assessment 3: 3600 words. Relates to Learning Outcomes 1-4- Assessment 1: Formative Quizzes (15%)
