  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. assess the factors relevant to the policy decision process
    2. distinguish between good and bad energy policies
    3. identify the role and range of institutions involved in the policy process
    4. identify the range of policy objectives
    5. choose the appropriate policy instruments to address these objectives.
