About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. describe the universal bioethical principles
    2. propose sound and sustainable solutions to ethical dilemmas encountered when working with vulnerable communities
    3. analyse and propose solutions to ethical issues that may occur when working in or conducting research in developing countries
    4. appraise how universal ethical principles can be successfully articulated within diverse cultural contexts.
