About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. create a project schedule through the analysis and application of principles and processes of time management, with the aid of specialist software, and reflect upon and analyse the results
    2. synthesise conceptual and theoretical knowledge to solve a project time management problem
    3. recognise the concepts, theories, tools and techniques of project time management for both capital projects and AGILE projects

  • Software requirements - As part of this subject students are required to use MS Project (free for Curtin Students). This software only works on a PC, but is possible for use on a Mac (with modifications and a small cost to students) All details are provided throughout the unit and your tutor will assist you with this during the subject.
  • Other requirements - continual broadband access and email address
