About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. Identify the multiple ways in which human performance can be enhanced through exercise programming
    2. Define the most appropriate training stimulus from based on performance testing results
    3. Prescribe the correct exercise intervention methods using the FITT principle.
