At the completion of this subject students will be able to:
- Identify the multiple ways in which human performance can be enhanced through exercise programming
- Define the most appropriate training stimulus from based on performance testing results
- Prescribe the correct exercise intervention methods using the FITT principle.

This subject will enable students to learn how to write an individualised exercise program to meet those needs. Students will be shown the fundamentals of exercise prescription and delivery to provide a basic program for healthy individuals. Concepts of progression and program modification will be identified.
