This subject explores the nature of contracts in business to business relationships. You will examine the legalities surrounding contracts, including different types of contracts and important clauses. You will also learn the processes involved with contract administration, including contract variations, performance management and dealing with contract disputes, both from a contractor and client perspective. Through a case study analysis, you will investigate and resolve issues related to supplier performance and dispute resolution. As a major assessment task, you will develop an organisational contract management artefact to assist others with managing contracts.
