About this subject

  • On completion of this subject students should be able to achieve the following learning outcomes:

    1. Solve mathematical problems using arithmetic and algebraic approaches
    2. Apply mathematical skills to real-life situations across disciplines
    3. Solve mathematical problems involving polynomial, rational and radical equations 
    4. Communicate mathematical principles through algebraic and graphical approaches.
