About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. Recognise who Dharug people are and their connection to place
    2. Explore the concept of 'Country' as a relational space
    3. Describe contemporary Dharug cultural practices and how these are connected to older knowledge systems
    4. Examine the politics of place and the impact of colonisation on Dharug people and Country
