About this subject

  • On successful completion you will be able to:

    1. Identify and discuss the basic principles of the Case Management process, including its application in different cultural groups and in diverse communities.
    2. Apply, demonstrate and report Case Management principles in relation to local, national and international practical case studies.
    3. Critique and interpret major models relevant to Rehabilitation Case Management and apply to practical settings.
    4. Analyse theoretical models and determine the most appropriate assessment tools to create and evaluate a rehabilitation intervention plan.
    5. Work collaboratively to demonstrate effective and innovative rehabilitative strategies and return to work planning, injury management and service provision

Entry requirements


Past La Trobe University students who have previously completed PHE2RCM (Rehabilitation Case Management) are ineligible to enrol in this subject.
