  • This subject is a capstone subject that brings together, reinforces, extends, and illustrates applications of psychological research. You will conduct an in-depth investigation in an area of psychology and generate a research report that has implications for the practice and discipline of psychology. You will apply your knowledge in ethics, research methods, and psychological theories to practical and applied issues, and have an opportunity to reflect on your future career. 

    • Group Poster Presentation (10 minutes plus 5 minutes Q&A; 500-words, per student) (15%)
    • Research Project write-up (2000-words) (50%)
    • Online Quizzes (Four quizzes; 1500-words equivalent) (35%)

Prerequisites: Students must be admitted into the following course - SBPSO or undertaking a Psychological Science major (MJR-PSY01). Past La Trobe University students who have previously completed PSY3RPB (Research Project in Psychology B) are ineligible to enrol in this subject.
