About this subject

    1. Evaluate and discriminate effective psychological intervention techniques and counselling processes and critically reflect on their application with regard to cultural diversity and diversity of individuals.
    2. Design and implement cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) tasks to facilitate behaviour change and analyse, interpret, and report outcomes from their application.
    3. Synthesise and critically appraise the theoretical and empirical bases of a range of specific psychological intervention techniques for individuals.
