  • On successful completion you will be able to:

    1. Explain and demonstrate the importance of health data within healthcare organisations and public health research.
    2. Identify and apply appropriate data analytic tools and techniques in quantitative and qualitative research.
    3. Investigate and apply techniques for the collection, cleaning, analysis, reporting, application and governance of health data.
    4. Analyse the role of data analytics in healthcare quality and performance indicators.
    5. Demonstrate effective communication and dissemination of health data.
