About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. Understand and appropriately apply relevant theories, models and concepts of human resource management
    2. Investigate and critically analyse human resource management strategies referring to appropriate theory and research
    3. Apply human resource management principles to workplace problems / contexts
    4. Create solutions to workplace problems through the application and analysis of human resource management principles, concepts and theories
