You should develop the skills and techniques required to produce a marketable documentary treatment.

Learn the skills and formats used in the production of a documentary script. Using established Australian and International industry criteria and guidelines for documentaries, you develop practical treatment and scriptwriting techniques in conjunction with an understanding of constraints and opportunities.
The subject fosters a collaborative environment in which ideas and observations are discussed. You prepare an industry-format package including project synopsis, treatment, script and marketing brief. Through your studies, you develop the skills and techniques required to produce a marketable documentary treatment.
