  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. articulate an understanding of library indexing tools and practice
    2. use international metadata standards to create library-focused information products in a digital environment
    3. identify appropriate uses of library metadata within given contexts
    4. analyse information objects to derive aboutness.
