About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. conduct basic greetings and conversations in Chinese (Mandarin)
    2. read and write simple messages in simplified and/or traditional Chinese script
    3. communicate in a manner appropriate to different social and cultural systems in Chinese speaking countries
