Entry requirements

Higher education

To gain entry into this course, applicants must meet the following entry criteria:

A recognised bachelor degree in a related discipline

OR

A recognised bachelor degree in any discipline PLUS a minimum of two years equivalent full-time relevant professional experience

OR

A Graduate Certificate of Project Management.

Credit for previous study or work

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) allows students to gain credit (advanced standing) towards their course in recognition of skills and knowledge gained through work experience, life experience and/or formal training. Applicants are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Speak to a Course Consultant about applying for RPL.

Description

Gain new skills and a greater understanding of project management principles. Study the Graduate Diploma of Project Management online and you will learn to manage resources, identify and manage risk, and bring analysis and strategy to your project work in a broad range of industries.

This qualification teaches you how to manage project teams, to optimise available resources and manage change. It brings new understanding to managing budgets and decodes organisational behaviour. You will develop your problem-solving skills and learn how to design and communicate innovative solutions to different audiences.

Course work includes techniques for creating and communicating professional project plans, dealing with complex business problems, supporting organisational change and responding to ethical issues.

It is recognised by Australian businesses, industries and government as the key promoter, developer and leader in project management professionalism.
