In this course, you will learn the foundations of health science, clinical assessment, and herbal and nutritional medicine therapeutics. As a naturopathic healthcare student, you will gain hands-on experience at our custom-built student-led clinic, The Practice Wellbeing Centre, consulting with members of the public under the guidance of experienced naturopaths. This will prepare you to confidently start practising in the community. Please note that some coursework must be completed face to face to meet industry requirements.

Course duration: Full-time: 4 year Part-time: approximately 8 years
Recommended study pattern
The course structure is based on a standard duration of three trimesters per year, each of 12-weeks duration and offering 8 subjects per year. A normal full-time load will see a student undertaking 80 credit points or 8 subjects per year for 4 years. A year consists of three trimesters. Part-time students may typically take 8 years to complete the 320 credit points.Award requirements

Entry requirements

Study method requirements
During your degree, you'll undertake 460 hours Work-Integrated Learning at The Practice Wellbeing Centre and over 200 hours of compulsory class attendance.
