About this subject

  • By the end of this 10-week course, you'll be able to:

    1. Critically analyse environmental, social and psychological factors that influence sport, exercise and physical activity participation and healthy eating.

    2. Discuss how exercise and healthy eating influences psychological aspects of the individuals involved.

    3. Critically analyse health and exercise psychology related knowledge and skills for professional roles related to exercise science and nutrition.

    4. Critically appraise behaviour change theories and strategies in the nutrition and exercise context.
