- Describe the project development process.
- Recognise and review construction projects as a form of investment and the risks associated with them.
- Analyse risk (financial, environmental, etc.) in project appraisal and be cognisant of how it can be managed.
- Undertake detailed feasibility studies.
- Describe discounted cash flow analysis and measure return of investment.
- Understanding briefing and early-stage project processes.
