About this subject

  • By the end of this 10-week course, you’ll be able to: 

    1. Discuss the situations and conditions under which micro-organisms grow or are inactivated in foods. 
    2. Design and develop a quality assurance program. 
    3. Design and develop an allergen management system. 
    4. Discuss key issues for organic food certification. 
    5. Discuss the role of FSANZ, Food Standard Code and food labelling requirements.
