Explore communication skills and strategies to enable you to perform the role of aged care worker within an Australian context. Through the assessments in this course, you will apply safe and ethical communication strategies, apply specific communication strategies for people with dementia, explain the process of reporting issues or concerns within the practice setting, and discuss the importance of communication in creating culturally safe practice.
