About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. work with well-chosen literature to identify a research problem and propose an effective strategy with which to resolve that problem.
    2. apply disciplinary knowledge, exercise critical thinking and analytical skills, make effective and ethical use of data, and demonstrate technical proficiency appropriate to your discipline to argue for your evidence-based research findings.
    3. reflect critically on the skills and knowledge you have acquired through research in the Humanities and Social Sciences, and effectively communicate to others how these prepare you for the future of work and research.
