Students will develop strategic thinking, ethical decision-making, cultural intelligence, and problem-solving skills essential for navigating the complexities of business intelligence, marketing, economics, and operations management.
Through a focus on data-driven insights, market dynamics, and sustainable business practices, graduates will be prepared to drive business success, respond to global economic challenges, and develop inclusive, future-focused solutions.
This six-month course (or one-year part-time) fosters foundational knowledge in business intelligence, marketing, economics and organisational behaviour.
Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Management will enable entry and up to four units of credit towards the Southern Cross Master of Management.
Award requirements
To be eligible to receive the Graduate Certificate in Management students must complete the equivalent of 4 units (48 credit points), comprising 4 core units.

- Completed a bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) or higher at this University or another higher education provider; or
- Equivalent professional experience as determined by the relevant Associate Dean (Education).
