Physician

General Physicians work with human patients to diagnose diseases, illnesses, and disorders and administer treatment. Registration and licensing are required, as is a post-secondary degree. Physicians work often work highly-stressful but awarding jobs and can be employed in a number of places, including hospitals, private clinics, schools, the armed forces, etc.

    Physicians have the most freedoms when they work at their own private practices, as hospitals and other organizations can be more strict about hours worked, chain of command, etc. Group practices are the most freeing, as they allow doctors to take time off as there are always extra physicians to pick up the slack. Physicians are constantly exposed to persons with ailments, so they must have impeccable hygiene. Those who work in hospitals often work longer hours than in private practices.
