Graduate Certificate in Data Science
About this degree
Graduates of Graduate Certificate in Data Science will have a broad and coherent body of knowledge in the areas of data science. They will have a deep understanding in the underlying principles and concepts so as to apply them to solve real-world and research problems.
As we battle global challenges from climate change to pandemics our capacity to collect extraordinarily large datasets far outweighs our capacity to manipulate and analyse this 'big data'. This degree will provide you with the skills to analyse, manipulate, model and interpret large data sets using digital platforms and tools, such as Python, Tableau, Hadoop and SQL. On graduating you will be able to play an active role in the new data-driven world.
