Entry requirements
A Bachelor Degree (or higher) in a cognate discipline (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or Computing) OR
A Bachelor Degree (or higher) in a non-cognate discipline that contains at least 20 units of Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, or Computing courses, with a University of Newcastle GPA equivalent of 5.0 OR
At least 3 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) relevant professional experience. Relevant professional fields include Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Computing, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Data Analytics.
All Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the University’s English proficiency requirement:
- IELTS Overall Minimum: 6.5
