About this subject
At the completion of this subject, you should be able to:

- Research and use data in the development of strategy
- Effectively apply the concepts of strategic management to the formulation and implementation of strategy in the context of a strategic plan
- Integrate values contained in an ethical and moral framework of decision-making relating to a strategic plan

This subject covers both strategy development and strategic planning for organisations. It integrates theories of strategy and decision making with the development of concrete plans for organisations. A key element of the subject is the development of a strategic plan for an organisation. Students do an oral and written presentation of the plan.
