This subject introduces you to global technology management issues. You will investigate technology strategy, commercialising- and integration of technology, the importance of ethics, responsibility, and sustainability (ERS) in technology, and how to manage emerging and disruptive technologies in firms. This subject emphasises emerging methodologies and practices used in developing and implanting technology, which you can apply to existing and new technologies. At the conclusion of this subject, you will have developed insight into the practice of technology management in organisations for optimum strategic-, and operational efficiency.
