This subject will equip you with the knowledge and skills to manage projects and communicate objectives to diverse stakeholders. You will evaluate and apply a range of different tools, techniques and methods to monitor and control local and global projects. This includes managing changes, risks and quality, measuring project progress, and developing communication strategies to ensure that tasks are executed as planned for successful project completion.
