a) Evaluate and justify the principles of sustainability in a global business environment.
b) Analyse and compare how a range of organisational entities articulate values for sustainability in their vision-mission statements and strategy.
c) Critically analyse contemporary sustainability challenges and how these challenges are being addressed by organisations.
d) Develop and pitch an evaluation tool to improve an organisation's approach to sustainability.

Can sustainability achieve shared value for ALL stakeholders? This subject explores dimensions of sustainability in a range of different business models from notfor-profit, B Corporations to large public-listed companies. You will evaluate how organisation are changing in response to stakeholders’ demands for a greater focus on sustainability, including organisational impact on planet (environment), people (community) and profit (economic prosperity), with reference to the United Nation’s SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). You will critically review how companies create competitive advantage through their sustainability practices and recommend improvements to their approach with a business case justification.
