This subject introduces students to the law in an international context, the role of the law and the legal implications of doing business internationally. Contract, intellectual property, agency, employment and industrial relations, business structures and conflict of laws are considered in a global context. Students will reflect on the consequences and implications of undertaking business across multiple jurisdictions.
