- Design and implement a lighting solution for 3D scenes and surfaces, ensuring visual coherence and alignment with intended emotional and aesthetic impact.
- Identify and utilise art and design principles to develop a solution to a creative problem.
- Evaluate and diagnose technical rendering issues in 3D models focusing on corrective strategies to achieve industry standard visual and functional outcomes.
- Analyse, appraise, and utilise a variety of texture mapping techniques to create surfaces.

3D Asset Creation introduces the fundamentals of developing 3D models for use in digital media and gives students an opportunity to become familiar with industry standard 3D modelling tools and techniques. Students will develop a foundational understanding of the principles and techniques required for creating practical digital assets such as props, characters, and environments.
