At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

  1. apply construction management and quantity surveying knowledge and skills to practical problems in a cross-disciplinary context
  2. justify and communicate a proposed solution to an industry problem.

  • Assignment 2 - Case Study — Bill of Quantities Preparation (20%)
  • Assignment 3 - Case Study 3 — Report (35%)
  • Assignment 4 - Case Study 2 — Cost Estimate and Scheduling (30%)
