Professional recognition

The Association of Behaviour Analysis Australia (ABAA) provides pathways for individuals who wish to pursue professional certification in behaviour analysis. The Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis at Griffith University was previously part of a Verified Course Sequence (VCS) under the Association for Behaviour Analysis International (ABAI). The VCS was taken by those wishing to pursue professional certification through the Behaviour Analysis Certification Board. The VCS is being phased out over 2026 and 2027. Applicants wishing to obtain professional certification will need to consult the relevant professional body to ensure they understand the requirements.
