About this subject

  • Upon completion of this subject, the student should be able to:

    1. Apply key statistical techniques in sustainable business environments
    2. Recommend solutions using statistical techniques in Australian and international businesses.
    3. Deconstruct simple events and decisions using economic concepts in contemporary business and government problems
    4. Recommend policy and business solutions using economic concepts in Australian and international organisations.

To enrol in this subject you must be accepted into one of the following degrees:


  • TAS-PFA-GCE-2024 - Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting
  • TAS-PFA-GDI-2024 - Graduate Diploma of Professional Accounting


  • TAS-MPA-MAS-2024 - Master of Professional Accounting

Additional requirements

  • Other requirements - Teaching Arrangement: Weekly pre-recorded lectures on MyLO; 2-hour fortnightly workshops (in addition to a 1-hour orientation workshop held in Week 1).
