This subject provides students with advanced knowledge and practical skills to manage projects across industries and complexity levels. It covers key areas including planning, organising, coordinating, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance evaluation. Students will develop critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges in dynamic environments, including resource constraints, uncertainty, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder relationship. The subject also enhances leadership, communication, and strategic skills essential for managing diverse teams and delivering successful outcomes.
- Project Outline. Students must have completed all practice quizzes of previous weeks and achieved individual scores above 50%. (25%)
- Presentation. Students must have completed practice quizzes with individual scores above 50% (25%)
- Project Plan. Students must have completed practice quizzes with individual scores above 50% (40%)
- Online Quiz. Students must have completed practice quizzes for weeks 1 and 2 with individual scores above 50% (10%)
