  On successful completion of this subject, students will be able to:

  1. Integrate transferable project and change management skills through the application of contemporary project management principles and methodology to a workplace-based health-related opportunity.
  2. Analyse the importance of effective teamwork, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, authentic leadership and communication for successful and sustainable implementation of workplace-based health-related projects.
  3. Evaluate ethical considerations and their implications for decision-making in workplace-based health-related projects.
  4. Apply an evidence-informed project management framework to the development and reporting of a proposed project plan.
