About this subject

  • At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

    1. demonstrate advanced knowledge of project monitoring and control processes as required during typical project life-cycles
    2. apply critical thinking skills to analyse and transform project control principles in diverse situations
    3. communicate advanced knowledge of project control systems to informed audiences
    4. apply high quality team skills in a variety of project oriented situations
