About this subject

  • On completion of this course students should be able to achieve the following learning outcomes:

    1. Demonstrate different styles of negotiation and the six-step negotiation model in a business and a cross-cultural context

    2. Analyse the steps to be taken to progress a negotiation exercise, including value creation and mutual benefit. 

    3. Integrate skills and principles of negotiation from a leadership position 

    4. Exercise negotiation analysis and situational interpretation skills
