About this subject

  • At the completion of this course you should be able to:

    1.1 Apply an advanced knowledge and understanding of the nature of a research question and its relationship to the aims and objectives of an educational research study

    1.2 Use analytical tools and research literature to critique an educational research article in an area of professional relevance.

    1.3 Critically evaluate a range of research techniques and apply these techniques to a chosen educational area of study.

    1.4 Review, critique and apply research literature and methodologies in preparation for the writing of a research proposal within an educational setting.

    1.5 Plan and reflect critically on an initial research proposal within an educational setting
