At the completion of this subject students will be able to:

  1. demonstrate the importance of, and an understanding in, the role of people in respect to effective project leadership and team management across a typical project lifecycle
  2. evaluate project leadership and team management situations and provide insight into best practice within this area
  3. analyse complex ideas within project leadership contexts and effectively communicate viewpoints
  4. exhibit the appropriate knowledge to solve complex problems in respect to leading teams
  • Assignment 1 - Online activities (30%)
  • Assignment 2 - 2000 words equivalent (40%)
  • Assignment 3 - Essay or case study (30%)
