Contemporary hospitality and tourism organisations operating in a dynamic competitive environment and evolving customer expectations, must navigate diverse, complex socio-cultural, economic, environmental and regulatory landscapes to facilitate the sustainability of the organisation. Drawing on real-world examples, you will assess the effectiveness of current strategies used by hospitality and tourism organisations. You will also design forward-thinking strategies to support competitive advantage, customer experience, operational success, and long-term resilience in an ever-changing global tourism economy.
