By the end of this 12-week subject, you'll be able to:
- Differentiate hotel departmental structures in properties with varying levels of service.
- Determine appropriate interdepartmental communication strategies to support efficient hotel operations.
- Manage each stage of the guest experience using a Property Management System (PMS).
- Anticipate and interpret guest needs using emotional intelligence and cultural acumen.

This subject will prepare you for a guest facing role in front office, reservations or guest relations. You will learn how to manage guest bookings, check-ins and check out procedures using hotel property management software. This subject will support the development of interpersonal skills such as communication, emotional intelligence and cultural acumen to facilitate the delivery of optimal experiences to your future guests.
